•  Bring along drinks, snacks, favourite toys or music if needed.

•  Choose a location they'll enjoy (even if you end up a bit sandy or dirty).

•  Be yourselves - play and talk how you would at home.

•  Know that it's totally fine even if things don't go exactly to plan.
