About me

You might spot the car before you see me, but hey – I’m Madelyn! Backed by a Bachelor of Digital Media and a Diploma of Photography, I’ve spent 15 years turning moments into memories - with more than 180 weddings and countless families captured across Australia.

Outside of photography you'll find me exploring the outdoors (any free time is usually spent 4WDing, camping or SCUBA diving... take a peek at those adventures via Lady in a Landy), tending to my indoor plants and drinking good coffee with friends – even not so good coffee, I'll probably still drink it.

My interest in photography started with nature and landscapes, so it's only fitting that I still love capturing my travels - especially road trips (the camera bag is always packed).

My travel work

Travel and tourism photography in Central Queensland and beyond, capturing road trips, camping, 4WD adventures, and Land Rover journeys through natural landscapes, documenting authentic outdoor experiences, remote locations, and the spirit of exploration and adventure.

I've heard all the jokes that they leak and break down, but the Defender is my dream car and a few years ago I added a vintage 88" Series III project to my collection as well.

I've driven from the top of Cape York to the bottom of Tasmania, camping along the way! Getting off the beaten track is where I'm most at home (just pack the coffee, please).
