Portraits FAQ
What's included in your packages?
Portrait packages start from $350 with 20 minutes coverage, available to couples and individuals. Family packages start from $575 including up to 60 minutes coverage at your choice of location in Rockhampton or the Capricorn Coast. All packages include digital images.
How soon should I book a session?
Sessions typically book 3 months ahead, with dates booking especially quickly in the lead up to Christmas. For maternity and time-dependent sessions, I suggest booking as soon as possible to ensure availability. School formals also book 12+ months ahead.
What should we bring and wear?
Upon booking you'll receive a welcome pack with styling guide, location look-book and planning advice to answer all your questions.
I also have a list of local businesses I can recommend including makeup artists, hair stylists and florists to help bring your vision to life.
Do you travel?
Yes, just enquire! I regularly photograph in Emerald, Gladstone, Biloela, Theodore, Mackay, Brisbane and beyond.
If you'd like to do something out of the ordinary, I also offer adventure sessions with travel included (hiking, adventure and getting your feet wet encouraged!).
What are your terms, Do you accept payment plans?
A booking fee and signed agreement is required to secure your session, with full payment due prior to your session. You are welcome to pay for your package and/or products in instalments, or I can create a payment plan for you.
How long does it take to receive our images?
I’ll typically post or provide a sneak peek of your photos within 72 hours. After this, full session galleries have a turnaround of about 4 weeks.
Please keep in mind any extra time needed to order and receive products if you have a specific deadline.

Print Products
Fine Art Prints
Imagine every time you walk through your home, the people you love most are on the wall smiling at you. Or if you're short on wall space, a print box might be a perfect choice.
Prints are a timeless choice - your images printed on archival quality cotton paper with a textured finish, suitable for framing or gifting to loved ones.
Albums
All albums are designed by me and hand crafted by a premium Australian printery. Your choices include custom covers, embossing and of course the photos within.
These keepsakes are perfect way to display all your most cherished moments in one place - and a thoughtful, lasting gift for parents or grandparents.
Wall Art
All wall art is supplied ready to hang in your home, simply mount and enjoy. For the classic, I offer UV protected canvas prints with a 75 year replacement guarantee.
For those who prefer modern, try acrylic or metal prints to create a luxury feel with any image. Or if you're a little more rustic, a timber print might be a great fit.

Why do I need to print my photos?
Though I've embraced the digital age, please don't forget how special it is to hold a physical photograph in your hand (plus, technology can fail - back up those files)!
Printing your images turns them into a tangible memory that can be passed on for generations - they are one of few things in life that will appreciate in value as they age.
Is professional printing worth it?
I encourage you to buy products from a specialist. Retail prices are enticing, but these outlets don't adhere to the same standards as professional labs.
My products are printed on archival materials, mounted and supplied ready to display with extended warranties. I'm here to help take the hassle out of printing for you.
Can I see some samples, how much should I budget?
Of course, I can share samples with you and help place an order for your own keepsakes (plus maybe some gifts for family too).

How Long from ordering to arrival?
If you are ordering fine are prints or wall art, the average turnaround time is 2-4 weeks (but may vary in peak seasons such as Christmas).
For albums, the design process can take a little longer - once we discuss your choices, I will put together your design and provide a proof for approval. Upon ordering, albums typically take 4 weeks to arrive.
