Invites & Signs FAQ
When should I order invitations?
I recommend enquiring 6+ months before your wedding to allow time for design, printing and delivery. The process can take 4-6 weeks.
Invitations are typically sent out 3-4 months before your day. If guests need to travel or plan time off, consider sending save the dates or invitations earlier.
Do invites have a Minimum ordeR?
A minimum of 20 typically applies for invitation sets with standard printing. I can also help with clever ways to meet order minimums if you have a small guest list.
Luxe printing styles such as laser cut, letterpress (embossed) or foiling require a minimum of 50 due to the additional set up involved.
How much does a set of invitations cost?
Due to the nature of invitation printing it's not possible to provide a full set pricelist – there are endless options that can affect pricing.
My clients spend an average of $8.50 per set on their invitations, information cards and personalised envelopes (50+). Please contact me for a quote to suit you.
When should I order my wedding signs?
I recommend enquiring and placing your signage order 3 months before your wedding - especially if you’re wanting multiple pieces.
This allows time for design, revisions, and production (which typically takes 4 weeks from final approval). Details such as seating plans can be drafted and then finalised once your RSVPs are confirmed.
Do we need to book our photos with you?
While I would love to capture your wedding too, there is absolutely no obligation to book both (my photography clients do get some special perks, though).
You're welcome to work with me just for wedding invitations, stationery and/or signage even if I'm not your photographer.
Can I see more examples?
Sure, I have a portfolio available to view and an Etsy store with a selection of my designs, but your imagination is the limit!
I can offer your choice of a
ready-made template or something custom based on your theme, colours and ideas. All orders receive digital proofs before printing.
