Em & Tom | Country Engagement Session, Alpha Central Queensland

A recent trip west took me to Alpha, Queensland for Emily and Tom’s country engagement session. Emily mentioned that they're not photogenic, and well - I like to think I proved them wrong!

The heat lingered but the storms stayed away, and as we drove around their family property we were treated to the most beautiful golden light. The dust in the air added a touch of country magic too, creating photos that felt true to them and the place they call home.

Do we need an engagement session?

Engagement sessions are more than just beautiful photos. They're a fantastic practice run before your wedding day, giving you the chance to feel comfortable in front of the camera and get a feel for the process.

They're also a wonderful opportunity to include locations, ideas or sentimental details that may not be possible on your wedding day - whether that's a family property or including your pets.
