Last year Ange bought Lee a gift certificate for a session with me, and by the time we got around to their session they had just come back from a trip to Disneyland USA... where they got engaged! To celebrate we took a walk through the CBD alleyways for their photos, making the most of the urban textures and even including Ange's black VW Beetle 'Bonnie' for a few images. As the the first same sex couple I've had the opportunity to photograph, I'm super excited to share Ange and Lee's images - enjoy! #loveislove
I've included a few words from from Ange below: 'We recently had our engagement shoot with Madelyn Holmes Photographics and were absolutely blown away! Being an LGBT couple we weren’t sure what to expect but Maddy made us feel at ease straight away and we knew we had nothing to worry about! She was super fun to work with, guided us when we didn’t know how to pose and was open to my many suggestions! Lol! She didn’t make us feel rushed and went over and above to make sure we were happy and got the right shot every time which we really appreciated! We 100% recommend you use Maddy - you won’t be disappointed! And we can’t wait for her to do our upcoming wedding.'
